Proper Selection: Confirm the application is "grinding" rather than "cutting."
Full Protection: Must wear a face shield (preferable to goggles), dust mask, gloves, and protective clothing. Grinding generates significant sparks and dust.
Installation Inspection: Check that the grinding wheel is intact, securely mounted, and uses the correct size flange.
Test Run: Perform an idle run to check balance and vibration.
