Sponge sandpaper is very suitable for CNC machining, metal surface rust removal and plastic surface treatment. So, do you know the production steps of sponge sandpaper?
I will give you a brief introduction.
1. Filling: With polyethylene film as the matrix, the front of the polyethylene film is filled with a positive binder to form a positive filling layer on the front of the polyethylene film, including positive nitrile emulsion and modified phenolic resin, with modified nitrile emulsion of 68%-73%, modified phenolic resin of 8%-13%, and filler of 18%-23%.
2. Primer coating: Apply the front surface of the positive layer of the PE film to form a primer layer on the front of the filling layer, in which the content of modified nitrile emulsion in the base material is 58%-63%, modified phenolic resin accounts for 13%-16%, filler accounts for 18%-22%, and R forced agent accounts for 4%-6%.
3. Electrostatic sanding: The obtained polyethylene film is treated with sanding, and the abrasive is treated with electrostatic sanding equipment so that the abrasive adheres to the front of the bottom rubber layer to form a grinding layer.
4. Pre-drying: pre-dry the obtained polyethylene film;
5: apply a composite adhesive on the surface of the polyethylene film obtained in step 4 to form a composite layer in front of the bottom of the polyethylene film. Among them, the modified polyurethane accounts for 93%-97%, and the reinforcing agent accounts for 3%-7%.
6. Main drying: dry the obtained polyethylene film.
7. Sponge bonding: the sponge glue is combined with the polyethylene film to form a sponge sand block, the modified nitrile emulsion content in the sponge glue is 58%-63%, and the boron modified phenolic resin content is 37%-42%;
8. Curing: use CNC solidification equipment, and then obtain the sponge sand.
